Returns Policy

Refund Policy
A Customer is entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:

a) The merchandise has not been received by the Customer within 30 days from the date of purchase (unless specifically stated and agreed between both parties at the time of order placement), or

b) The sale has been identified as a fraud

We want all our customers to enjoy shopping with us and love what you have ordered. We strive to make online shopping for all our customers as stress free as possible. We do appreciate if you can take some time to read on the following terms and conditions before you proceed with the returns request:

All purchases made through Peekmeup are non-refundable and Peekmeup permits exchange to be made at these conditions:
• You have received a defective item
• There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed
• You must keep the products in a state when you received.
We will deliver and exchange the items at our cost.
Return/ exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.

Exchange is allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exclusion for Exchange: All purchases of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, accessories, non-apparels and / or items marked as Sale or purchased as part of any promotions are not eligible for exchange.

For all other items to be eligible for exchange, merchandise must be returned in original condition with card label intact.

For Exchange of Purchases:

Complete the Return form ( provide on the site directly)

Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and indicate the #Order Number on the envelope. Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please allow at least 3 week turnaround (from your shipped date) for our staff to get back to you on the status of the exchange.

International Addresses are not eligible for exchange due to the hefty shipping charges. We can look on a case-by case basis if buyer is willing to pay for shipping charges.
Terms & Conditions:

Kindly note that buyers will undertake the responsibility to ensure the returned item(s) reaches our office.

Customers are encouraged to use registered mail when returning any items back to us. Peekmeup shall not be responsible for any lost parcel lost in transit / shipping.

Upon receipt of the item, Peekmeup will send you an email to acknowledge the receipt of the item.

A credit voucher of the same value on the returned item will be sent to you via email. The vouchers shall only be used for items within the same category (i.e. Apparels).

Remaining unused value from the voucher will not be refunded. Customers are to top up any difference in the amount if the items exchanged are of higher value than the returned item.

Issuance of the vouchers does not guarantee the availability of the items which customers wish to exchange it for. Customers are encouraged to place your order soonest upon receipt of the vouchers.

Exchange is allowed once per invoice/order number only.

Customers are to pay for the shipping charges (if any). Vouchers cannot be used to offset the shipping charges.

The 30 day exchange policy is valid for purchases made by 31st December 2013( inclusive)
